"Shake, Rattle and Roll" is a twelve bar blues-form rock and roll song, written in 1954 by Jesse Stone. It was recorded by Big Joe Turner, and most successfully by Bill Haley & His Comets. Rich caramel, toffee, chocolate and dried fruit with hints of alcohol. Malty sweetness combined with vanilla from the oak are prominent. A wonderful beer to pair with dessert. Brew for your Soul!
