Description: When approached with a challenge to create a new Imperial IPA, we decided to step up and utilize the emerging brewing technology of Cryo Hops, which are preserved with liquid nitrogen right after the harvest to maximize the preservation of oils. The use of some of the hippest strains of Cryo Hops results in an intensely hoppy Double IPA with a huge variety of hop flavors - from tropical to citrus and floral.
