Description: A tart, refreshing blond ale aged 8 weeks on 200 pounds of locally-grown sour cherries; sourced from our friends at Toigo Orchards (Lancaster, PA). We selected these fresh cherries at the Del Ray farmers' market (Alexandria, VA) in early July, added them immediately to the brew, then finished this session sour with brettanomyces bruxellensis & a touch of sea salt.
