Description: Lambic based beer with elderflower, cherries 2018 & 2019 & raspberries. Our first barrel aged kriek (2018) is blended with a kriek from 2019 that has been a year on barrel. This cherry lambic blend has subsequently been macerated with autumn raspberries. Just before bottling, we added 10% elderflower lambic. This also gave the blend a floral touch. This in addition to the fruitiness and light tannins (seeds and barrel aging) of the cherry & the fruitiness of the raspberries. These also provide the acids in collaboration with the old lambic. For the name of this beer we refer to the 4 seasons, not the hotel chain ?. Lambic is brewed in the winter, elderflower appears on the trees in the spring, cherries are at their best in the summer months and the last season we have the autumn raspberries, which, unlike the summer raspberries, has an annual plant growth.
