Description: This one is pretty straight forward coffee stout. We start with a bold, rich, and roasty stout and kick it up by aging it on light roast Ethiopian Hambela Gugi coffee. What we were going for here was a stout with coffee and not a coffee with stout, so the coffee flavors and aromas are not overbearing and compliment the beer rather than overwhelming it.
