Description: 1, 2 and 3 year old lambic with fresh elderflowers (harvest June 2019) from a local nature reserve and 2018 harvest of moscato bianco and muscat ottonel. Blending the two grape lambics we liked how the aromatics and vinous mouthfeel finished dry by rounded tannins. Although already quite a complex blend we were looking for even more complexity yet carrying more intense retronasal fragrances and blossoms by blending in our elderflower lambic. This beer is made to celebrate Mia, the first daughter of our dear friends Evelien and Ruben.
