Description: The first entry in what we hope to be an ongoing collaborative series with our good friend Chris from Tavalon. We started with a light and crisp base with lots of wheat and a touch of flaked rice and fermented this one nice and dry. Brewed with and cold steeped in Tavalon’s Crimson Red Tisane giving the beer a subtle ruby hue. Denali in the kettle and a Calypso / El Dorado dry hop. Delicate floral notes and Hawaiian Punch on the nose. Floral and fruity nose - first wave of taste is dry fruit with a slight acidity and a sweettart finish
