Description: Double IPA with Pineapple, Mango and Niagara Grape Juice. Brewed with a blend of Deer Creek Colonial Pilsner and Independence Pale Ale malts. Bittered with only a post boil hop edition of Citra, Simcoe and Amarillo. Dry hopped with Citra, Simcoe, Amarillo and Falconer's Flight 7cs. The beer starts off with a heady aroma of fresh Pineapple and dank tropical hops with an underpinning of Mango at the end. Flavor is more of the same combination with an additional piney hoppiness and juicy body. Finish is long and dry with impressions of sunsets and frilly umbrella drinks.
