This stout is brewed in a traditional manner, then in late fermentation, 15 pounds per barrel of sweet and tart Oregon cherry juice, along with pure liquid cacao were added. Take a sip and you will notice subtle, sweet cherry followed by caramel and roasted malt sweetness with a dark chocolate finish.
