Description: In the style of a doppelbock, this dark lager has strong roots in Turkish beer culture. Reportedly the first beer to be manufactured in the Turkish republic in the first factory! A favourite of Ataturk. The high alcohol content is balanced by the well rounded character. Caramel and toffee notes are the first flavours to be noted followed by the crisp uniqueness of hallertauer hops. Munich malt adds to the richness of the brew.
