We've bulked up this beast with Mosaic, El Dorado, and Galaxy hops all the way through its production, beginning with an intense dry-hopping right at knockout. The resulting liquid explodes with overripe tropical fruit -- deep papaya and guava with a bite of bitter pineapple, with a finishing flex of subtle candied orange sweetness.
