Description: Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Vanilla Stout with Mostra Coffee • 13.5% ABV • A complex, utterly unrepeatable blend pulled from a medley of Willett, Heaven Hill, Heaven Hill Double Oak, and Elijah Craig barrels filled throughout 2018 and 2020. FOMO was aged with Madagascar vanilla in our traditional "FO" method, then debarrelled and steeped on 80lbs of Mostra-roasted coffee beans from the Loma la Gloria farm in El Salvador. Aromas of coffee tinted with baking chocolate, dulce de leche, and crispy corner pieces of brownie swirl onto the palate through waves of rich, creamy vanilla. At a 2/3 ratio of double mash, this liquid stains the glass and lingers on the palate with a chewy caramel lacing and the faintest hint of peanut butter cups.
