Description: The journey this beer has been on has been both epic and epoch as it spent the majority of its life in oak barrels. We brewed this in December of 2020 and fermented with mixed culture in three different barrels: chardonnay x2 and gin. Inside the barrels, we added juniper berries, Ugandan vanilla beans and a light touch of plum. After over a year of aging, we blended all three barrels all together, which started the next chapter of its life inside of these 500ml bottles - packaged in March of 2022. We brewed this with our friends from River Styx and we are happy to share another beer journey with them. We hope you get as much enjoyment from drinking this as we got from producing it.
