Description: Our favorite hazy/hoppy ales have a few commonalities; soft, juicy, and just a touch of bitterness. For this rumination, we wanted to simplify the recipe to better understand our process. The body of this beer hits a well balanced spot between drying and sweet, which turns your attention to the hops. Citra and Rakau shine overtop the soft malt base to create flavors of sweet citrus, apricot, melon and peach. There is a touch of bitterness at the end that does not dry out on your tongue and gives this beer added depth. This is an IPA that might seem simple at first, but by the time you look down at your glass.. It's empty. Rumination is our exploratory series and we have no intention of stopping any time soon!
