Description: Fresh Hopper in that we picked the cascade hops from Evan's bines, allowed them to dry for 48 hours, then brewed with an extremely heavy hand of said hops. Dry hopped with another health helping of the same harvest. Slight change to the original Wet Hop grain bill in that we added Crystal 60.
