Description: La saison du pinacle est brassée et houblonnée à froid avec des houblons au caractère exotique, tels que citra, simcoe, sylva et topaz. Elle est ensuite élevée en fûts de chêne ayant contenu du vin rouge pour une période d’environs 6 mois, et développe un caractère « funky » qui s’ajoutent aux parfums de fruits exotiques des houblons. Our Saison du pinacle is brewed and dry-hopped with exotic hops like citra, simcoe, sylva and topaz. The reserve version undergoes aging in used wine-barrels for about 6 months with wild yeasts, where it develops a funky character in addition to it’s exotic fruit notes coming from the hops.
