Description: This one is single hopped with the fruity, floral, unusually UN-German, German Hop variety called Hallertau Blanc. (full of surprises them Germans…well, this one surprise anyways). We’re also using a Belgian yeast strain we’ve never used before & just a smidge of lacto culture. So, light, refreshing, citrus-ee, fruity, floral, dry & just a wee bit tart. That’s what your beer receptors are gonna be experiencing. (If not, there’s a possibility your receptorfiers are broken & you should visit a doctor).
