Description: A collab with Brewski from Helsingborg. We got a couple of kegs of their APA ”Ananasfeber" and their IPA ”Passionfeber" and mixed them into two stainless steel tanks and then added our brettanomyces yeast culture and our house souring culture to secondary ferment the beer. The result is a hoppy and fruity sour ale which makes it the perfect drink for the sunny summer weather.
