Description: Lumens are a measurement of emitted light, and as we've fully swung into summer we decided to embrace the light with this bright and refreshing hefeweizen. A mix of traditional pilsner and wheat malt were primarily used, but in true experimental fashion lemondrop hops were added to emphasize the already fruity qualities of this style. Spritzy, herbal and lemony, this old school style has been updated just in time for the next heat wave!
