Description: NOTE: This is not Konnichiwa Kitsune. This is a different beer. Originally brewed in the middle of June of 2012 on the premises of BrewDog Manchester on the BrewDog Pilot brew kit. Brewed by the Brewdog Brewing team George, Andrew C and Martin Dempster. With the help of the BrewDog Manchester staff and patrons who helped devise the recipe and got involved in the brewing proccess on the day. The beer is a Japanese inspired IPA single-hopped with Sorachi and fermented with a sake yeast.
