Description: Small batch brews are one-off beers from our pilot kit, or trial beers we have brewed with limited availability. Brewed to a concept voted on at Craft Beer Rising, this one-off beer is an experimental brew which emulates the flavour of lemon meringue pie. Sour lemon meets sweet vanilla with notes of Italian meringue, lemon curd, lime zest, hints of ginger and lime. Served on nitro adding a full smooth mouthfeel. Malts: Pale, Dextrin and Oats Hops: Amarillo and Sorachi Ace Yeast: WYeast 1056 - American Ale Additions: Sour culture, lemon juice, lemon peel, coriander and vanilla
