Description: Earthy & fresh, like a stroll through a garden. A modified version of our American Wheat recipe, we brewed this beer with Lemon Basil Microgreens from 80 Acres Farms in Spring Grove. No hops were included, instead we let the microgreens balance out the wheat and pilsner malts. Finally, 40lbs of whole strawberries were added to give a kiss of sweetness.
