Description: The beer that started it all for us! In a rapidly changing beer landscape, we missed one particular type of beer; a wheat beer / weizen, but then hopped like an IPA. This type already existed, but was hardly or not to be found in the Netherlands. The solution was simple: brew it yourself. The recipe was written and the first batch brewed with CASPAR as client and Dennis Kort of Oldskool Brewery as brewer. Inspired by the original Pierre Celis recipe, using only hops that start with a C (what's in a name !?), we started brewing. From the start, the “CC'tje”, as the beer was quickly called, has been a great success. The body of the used wheat malts and oatmeal provides a nice counterbalance to the fruity hop aromas. A fresh-hoppy thirst-quencher was made and Brouwerij CC was bron.
