Description: We started with 'Sour Orange Wit' brewed with 100% wheat (55% raw wheat) and a mixed fermentation including Lacto and Brett, but added twice as many California grown Seville sour oranges per barrel during secondary fermentation. Not meant to be a balanced fruit beer, this one is over the top!
