Description: Edelhell, 12.5 Blg Warmińskie Rewolucje (Warmian Revolution) is an unusual variety of lager brewed with the reversed hopping. What’s that? The bitterness is extracted with the aromatic Sybilla hop, and the aroma is obtained with the use of the bitter Marynka hop. Furthermore, we employ the process of cold hopping. Due to lack of filtration, the beer retains every single nuance of its aroma and flavour. All of that results in an exceptional beer with a herbal aroma of the Polish hop and a refreshing citrus aftertaste. It’s mild and as drinkable as it can be thanks to the perfect balance between the delicate malty taste and its medium degree of bitterness. Who would have thought that the lager can be so subtle and velvety! Czy słyszeliście o piwie EDELHELL? Wymyślił je około 100 lat temu R. Hoffmann, piwowar przez 44 lata pracujący w warmińskich i mazurskich browarach rodziny Daum. To właśnie on był prekursorem uprzemysłowienia lokalnego browarnictwa, wprowadził do browarów maszyny, piwa dolnej fermentacji i postęp. Był ojcem naszej lokalnej pierwszej piwnej rewolucji. EDELHELL był lagerem uwarzonym na pilzeńską modę, szczytowym osiągnięciem ówczesnego piwowarstwa, zdobywcą nagród międzynarodowych. Piwo to stało się naszą inspiracją... ale... Tak jak wówczas piwa standaryzowano tak my (jak to mamy w zwyczaju) idziemy pod prąd. Nasz piwowar zastosował odwrotne chmielenie: na goryczkę aromatyczna Sybilla, a na aromat goryczkowa Marynka, i dodatkowo chmielenie na zimno.
