Description: Made in Collaboration with Thirsty Monk. Brewed in the Trappist tradition, Sérénité Grand Cru is deep amber in color with a big dense head. It offers up a fragrant nose of malt, fruit and a touch of smoke. Its flavor is sweet, fruity and spicy with notes of brown sugar, plums, grapes, cherries, raisins, coriander and chocolate. On the palate it is medium-full bodied with moderate carbonation, smooth alcohol and a long, dry fruity finish - a truly grand strong traditional ale.
