Description: "When the possibility for this collaboration came up, I immediately thought about my favorite things in brewing: the way American Craft Brewing got its start, emulating foreign styles with easily accessible, domestic ingredients, and the current trend of Belgian & American fusion. How would a brewer create a Belgian Golden without access to the necessary ingredients or yeast? I got a vague idea, it was shared with Buffalo Bayou, and their brew team crafted my words into exactly what I had in mind.
