Description: One of the original 6 beers that we donned our taps at our opening in 2013. This staff fave had to make its way back, and our discovery of some Nelson Sauvin hops made this possible - and this time we added some Galaxy to the whirlpool. Made with a wide bevy of protein and a standard saison fermentation, this beer gets its gooseberry and vinuous character from copious whirlpool and dry hop additions of New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and Kohatu hops.
