Description: For about a year, our hearts have been captivated by the selfless gift of hot sauce bestowed upon us by our very own Adam Cullen. This wizard of hot peppers has been an instrumental part in building our new facility, getting our beer to consumers, doing just about anything to keep this brewery running - not to mention keeping our lunches well-seasoned on his own dime. So we brewed this take on a German classic, which we aged in oak for 4 months, as a celebration of the man, myth and legend.
