Description: As we peer back at our finest moments, we saw this spirit lingering. Our first batch held the flame for our Sour debut during 2017’s Beer Week. So this past Summer we began to recreate it, with the goal to present the most jammy sour we’ve seen. Bold red sour ale fermented in steel, inoculated with culture in our puncheons and then laid it to rest in Bourbon Barrels for many moons. Aged in steel with 2.5# per barrel of Marionberries and Blackberries and then bottle conditioned for 6 months. The final expression is sticky blackberry, jammy raspberry and pie-spiced Beaujolais
