But to make it, we split it up, allowed it to ferment with 3 different strains of American and British yeast, blended it together and gave it one satisfying dry hopping with Galaxy and Simcoe hops. In this jar, you will taste floral resinous hops that go down easy. Rad, that's it. Just rad.
