Description: Having our brewery in Berlin, Maryland, we had to made a true Berliner Style Weisse Ale. This 16th century German style uses 55% local wheat and lactobacillus to give it its signature dry, puckering and refreshing character. This unique beer has been bottle conditioned with champagne yeast to import its signature effervescence.
