Description: A continuation of the Solar Eclipse beers Wayne Burns first brewed 21 years ago. Celestial Faery Walls Solar Eclipse is aged in stainless steel for many months before being aged for a half-year in Laws Four Grain Bourbon barrels, then transferred for four months of aging in a Fraser Valley Single Malt Whiskey barrel, then finally resting for five months in an Elijah Craig barrel. 21.15%abv. Unique, complex, no-adjunct phenomenal barrel-aged Russian Imperial Stout with gentle warming presence. Serve small pours in a tulip glass at 55°. Sip slowly. Cellars for 25+ years.
