Description: Style: Barrel Aged Barley Wine Malts: Pale, Oats, Special B, Melanoidin, Biscuit, Cane Sugar Hops: Mosaic, Citra. Brewed at Buxton on contract for the Danish gypsy brewers. The aim was to create a viscious beer. A long time boiled Barley Wine to give you a thick mouth feel, we then rounded it out and balanced the beer by sitting it in Brandy Barrels. This has mellowed it out to leave a light hop profile and a super tasty beer.
