Description: This beer is a team effort among local businesses. Cape Cod Select Premium Cranberries supplied 100s of lbs of fresh cranberries. W/ expert assistance from The Local Juice the cranberries were reduced to about 14 gallons of juice. Cape Cod Coffee provided gallon containers to help transport juice back to the brewery. The fresh cranberry juice was infused into our award-winning German-style altbier, Harvest Ale. Harvest Ale has a rich German malt aroma-similar to an Oktoberfest. This beer was brewed using a blend of 6 malts including German Munich, Vienna, Cara Pils & just enough noble hop character. The cranberries provide a tart zing at the front of the beer which is balanced by the sweetness of the malts for a smooth finish
