Still using a funky Belgian yeast strain, and retaining a hefty portion of Rye in the grain bill, Geek Out 2.0 doubled down on the hops and lightened the body to play up the dryness of a white wine. Using a blend of Citra and Nelson Sauvin hops, two of the most sought after and hard to get hops out there, you get a grape and citrus barrage of hoppy aroma which help tone done the subtle spicy phenols yet compliment the fruity esters our house Saison strain brings to the table.
