Description: Blended Farmhouse Ale Aged in Oak Barrels with Peaches Back in January, we invited owner/King Chris Black to come blend up something special. He found some choice farmhouse barrels that had combos of different yeast cultures, spelt and oats in addition some of our base beers. He wanted to add something with fruit and it just so happened we still had a peach tank waiting to be packaged. We added just a touch of this peach beer to the blend and it turned out amazing.
