Description: Honey ale aged in oak barrels with peaches & nectarines. We had such a great reception for Colorado Cuttie last year that we decided to make a fish beer every year but change it up to one of our favorite fish in the state! This year, we chose the Brook trout. Though not native to Colorado like the Cutthroat trout is, they're here and super fun to find. Just like last year, this blend is East Bank Preserves - Peach + Nectarine. A portion of the proceeds from the blends will go to preserving native Colorado trout!
