Description: Labeled "Supreme Clientele (Perfection/Red Haven 8/30/18)" Funky Blender base beer. Organic apricots at a rate of 3.8 pounds per gallon. Organic peaches at 3 pounds per gallon. For the Supreme Clientele blend of 2019, we selected some amazing barrels of Funky Blender and added them to organic apricots for about a month. We then transferred this beer to another fruit tank which had organic peaches for ANOTHER fruit fermentation. The result is a beer with massive apricot and peach notes but with a delicate acidity. The beer was bottled in August 2018 and has been tasting amazing since then. We've been patiently waiting to offer one of our best blends of 2018 to you, our Supreme Clientele.
