Description: Hanging out drinking beer and coffee for research was a no brainer, so teaming up with legends of coffee, Proud Mary, was always going to be a fun project. The result is a Black Coffee IPA with hints of chocolate, roasted notes and big citrus-fruity hops. A huge amount of cold brew was added in, using Red Bourbon, a natural process single origin coffee from Hacienda Sonora in Costa Rica. The coffee was roasted specifically for this beer, adding body and rounding out the flavours perfectly.
