Oats allow us to provide body for the beer while keeping the alcohol low enough to drink a few pints. We use a minimal blend of Apollo and Bravo hops to balance out the malts and German Alt yeast. This is enjoyed best during the Texas summers, with sweet, hot, or spicy foods.
