Description: Sozin’s Comet is a double hazy IPA loaded with Scotch Bonnet Chili Peppers (grown on the taproom windowsill by our boy Hunter), mango and pineapple. The beer has a throat-tingle spiciness. The spice melds with the fruits to create a really nice balance of chili pepper heat with sweet citrus. There is a ton of pepper and tangerine scent on the nose and flavors of chili covered sweet Mexican candy. It’s 8% but drinks more like a 5 or 6. Beware of this sneaky one. the heat creeps up ever so slowly. But it's pretty dang delicious.
