Description: Synesthesia is an imperial stout with cacao nibs, roasted almonds and toasted coconut. The 14% stout was aged for 10 months in a Sagamore Rye barrel from The Dallas Bourbon Club. We are blown away by how beautifully the coconut comes out in both the aroma and the finish. This beer tastes like an almond joy... but dipped in dark chocolate like a Mounds bar. We are loving this collaboration with the @dallasbourbonclub because it’s flavorful yet drinkable, sweet yet roasty, and has fantastic barrel characteristics while allowing the adjuncts to shine.
