Description: Simcoe Manifesto is a crystal clear Double IPA brewed with 100% Simcoe hops. For this beer, we combined our favorite things about West Coast and New England IPAs. The body is soft and luscious with low bitterness but we cleared out all the muck to create a very true and clear presentation of the hops. The result is an explosive fruit-forward DIPA, with notes of pineapple, mango and citrus zest that sit softly on a bed of wheat and oats creating an intense and unique drinking experience. Yes to crowlers and growlers. Come get it while it's fresh!
