Description: We brewed this rosé style ale with the concept in mind of creating a dry and straight forward base beer using 100% pilsen malt and lightly hopped. We then finished the fermentation with a champagne yeast to dry the beer out and increase drinkability. Tart cherry and raspberry purees were added during secondary fermentation and provide the beer with a pink hue and bright corresponding fruit notes.
