Description: Barleywine’s journey through the vastness is storied and it’s legacy is legendary. We believe it deserves its place in the galactic order. Floor-malted Maris Otter and a touch of Colorado Wheat were double mashed for focused flavor and only East Kent Golding, that most English of hops, were used. Then 15 months of hibernation in 16 year Tennessee whisky barrels and the cosmic reverence was complete. For the coffee version, this monolith was conditioned on Corvus Coffee Roasters Savage Geisha from Finca Deborah in Panama’s high country. We used a blend of beans that have undergone three different processes: natural, carbonic maceration, anaerobic. The final product is a unique, nuanced coffee worthy of the voyage.
