We may be individual organisms, different species even, but somewhere way back there in the annals of natural history, Cerebral Brewing and Casa Agria have a common ancestor to thank for the traits we carry forward. So, don’t stress about those T’s, C’s, A’s, and G’s. Natural selection has done the leg work for you. Over a year ago, those unique specimens from Oxnard, CA come out and helped us brew a Golden Sour base that went directly into Oak barrels with both of our house cultures, over 500 lbs of Colorado Apricots (Prunus armeniaca) and 300 lbs of California nectarines (Prunus persica nectarina). Notes of peach gummy rings & white sangria.
