OTB stands for ‘Over the Bars’, as in finding the limit, and then promptly going a bit further. A traditionalist might call it reckless, but we say that pushing the limits leads to new discoveries. What we have here is a wheat beer brewed on Belgian yeast and hopped like an IPA. The result: a Golden colored hoppy, spicy rebel that breaks new ground and lives on the edge.
