Instead, she defied expectations and attended divinity school in Berkeley for two years, becoming a Chaplain and opening a whole new chapter in her life. Like our mother, La Cappellana is completely unique - fermented 100% with a strain of Brettanomyces from a Monastery in Belgium and hopped with 100% locally grown Star B hops giving this beer a uniquely funky Belgian character with a citrusy aroma and flavor.
