Description: From Prussia With Love is our interpretation of a historical German Kottbusser style ale. Due to violating the German beer purity laws enacted in 1877, this ale ceased to be produced and was lost into history until only recently. Our latest version features large amounts of wheat and oats along with blackberry honey and a touch of molasses. It is light-bodied, lager-like and refreshing ale but with unique, and subtle flavors. The large additions of wheat and oats add a slight tartness and breakfast-like cereal flavor that combines nicely with the subtle jammy honey flavor from the blackberry honey.
